Our role
DR Global acts as a private client advisory and intermediary. We identify, introduce and coordinate third-party specialists and service providers on behalf of our clients.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, DR Global is not the provider of the underlying services and does not act as agent for any supplier.
Engagement
Submitting a request does not create an engagement. An engagement begins once scope and fees have been confirmed in writing by both parties.
Fees
DR Global acts as a private client advisory and intermediary. Fees are quoted according to the scope, complexity and level of involvement required, and are agreed in writing before work begins.
Recruitment fees are discussed and agreed privately with each client.
DR Global may also receive a referral fee or commission from partners within its network. This never increases the price payable by the client above the partner's standard terms.
Third-party services
Contracts for accommodation, staff, travel, medical, educational or other services are formed directly between the client and the relevant provider, on that provider's terms.
While partners are selected with care, DR Global is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed in the course of an engagement. Confidentiality is fundamental to how we operate.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DR Global's total liability in relation to any engagement is limited to the fees paid to DR Global for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
