Who we are
DR Global is a private client advisory. This policy explains how we handle personal information shared with us by clients, prospective clients and their representatives.
What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us: your name, contact details, the details of your request, and any related correspondence. We do not buy or scrape personal data.
Where a request is made on behalf of another person, we ask that you share only what is necessary for us to respond.
How we use it
Information is used solely to understand and respond to your request, to identify appropriate specialists within our network, to coordinate the request, and to maintain our internal records.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing with our network
Where a request requires it, we may share the minimum necessary detail with a selected specialist in the DR Global Private Network. We do not distribute client requests broadly, and no supplier can browse or access our client records.
Client identity is withheld where it is not required in order to obtain options or pricing.
Storage and security
Client and request records are held in an access-controlled internal system available only to authorised DR Global personnel. Access is authenticated and logged.
We retain records for as long as necessary to serve the relationship and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
Requests can be sent to info@discreetrec.co.uk.
Cookies
The public website uses only the technical storage required to operate. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
